Maison Privée Conciergerie was founded by João Paulo Alves Ribeiro, based in Gujan-Mestras, beside the oyster ports. The idea came from a simple observation: the beautiful homes of the Bassin spend much of the year with no one to watch over them.
The business opens in September 2026 with a deliberate choice: few homes, looked after very well. Every owner always speaks to the same person, every visit comes with a report, and every detail is handled to hotel standards.
