Year-round caretaking
Regular visits, a full inspection of the house and a report after each one. You always know the condition of your property.
Opening and closing
Shutters, water, heating, alarm: the house is made ready before the season and carefully closed afterwards, without you having to think about it.
Prepared before you arrive
You walk into an aired home, warmed or cooled, beds made and the fridge stocked if you wish. All that is left is to put down your bags.
Maintenance and works supervision
Garden, pool, small repairs: we bring in the right local craftsmen and follow every job through to the result.
Seasonal Rental Management
Renting out your home should never come at the home’s expense. We welcome your guests with the attentions of a hotel and hand you back an impeccable property, stay after stay.
Guest welcome
Check-in and check-out in person, key handover, a proper introduction to the house and its surroundings. Your guests feel expected.
Professional cleaning
Between each stay, the house is reset to hotel standards, room by room, without exception.
Complete linen service
Sheets, towels and household linen washed, pressed and replaced at every changeover. The perfect bed is part of the stay.
7-day assistance
A question, a hiccup, an emergency: your guests have a direct contact every day, and you stay serene from afar.

Seasonal Rental Management
Our commission covers the whole service: guest welcome, cleaning, linen and assistance. If the house is not rented, you pay nothing.
Set-up fee of €150, waived for any 12-month contract.

The questions we are asked.
How much does seasonal rental management cost on the Bassin d'Arcachon?
Our commission is 20% including VAT on net nightly revenue, all inclusive: guest welcome, professional cleaning, linen and 7-day assistance. If the house is not rented, you pay nothing. The €150 set-up fee is waived for any 12-month contract.
Can I entrust my second home for just a few months?
Yes. Caretaking subscriptions start at three months, from €79 per month for a full monthly inspection with a photo report.
Which towns around the Bassin do you cover?
We work in Gujan-Mestras, Arcachon, Cap Ferret, Pyla-sur-Mer and La Teste-de-Buch, so we stay within thirty minutes of every home in our care.
Are you insured to work in my home?
Yes. Maison Privée Conciergerie is a registered business based in Gujan-Mestras, covered by professional liability insurance with Orus Assurances.
